Free event 24th April

Is resident scrutiny really working and if so what lessons are there?

Sarah Hockey and Phil Morgan would like to invite you to a free discussion about resident scrutiny. This will take place on Wednesday 24th April between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Cosmopolitan Housing Association offices at 2 Marybone, Liverpool L3 2BY.

Cosmopolitan Housing Association has kindly given their rooms for free so there will be no charge for attendance. Refreshments will be provided.

We want to listen to the experiences of 20 residents at the heart of scrutiny. We would like to find out the things that work, and those that don’t and see if they are shared. Ideally it would be great to have the Chair and one other scrutiny panel member from your organisation at this event.

Please note that all information shared will be CONFIDENTIAL - we are looking for common threads to pull together into something useful for both residents and landlords. We will look to publicise our findings in a report highlighting issues raised during this discussion.

If you would like to attend or have any questions please contact Sarah by email healthecity@gmail.com or email Phil at pjsunited@gmail.com

We also hope that residents will enjoy sharing their experiences with others involved in scrutiny and use the opportunity to network.
